Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with sales dept. to follow up the order schedule and cooperate with Sales Dept. to ensure the order smoothly.
2. Arrange booking, trailers, packing, document making, cargo tracking, customs declaration, insurance purchase, payment settlement, etc.;
3. Prepare shipping and import and export documents and other relevant documents;
4. Documentation and filing;
5. Work with finance to write-off and reconciliation;
6. Develop new quality forwarders and manage existing forwarders' relationships;
7. Co-ordinate inter-departmental work to ensure smooth communication of relevant information and close cooperation between departments;
8. Handle customer complaints, disputes and other related work assigned by superior. Requirements: 1. College degree or above, 22-35 years old, major in international trade or business English; 2.1 years relevant working experience in trade documents, preferably in a foreign company; 3. Familiar with the operation of foreign trade documents, familiar with the letter of credit and related knowledge, basic knowledge of finance is preferred; 4. Familiar with shipping customs procedures; 5. Proficiency in office software.
